Teresa is a consummate professional in every way. She made understanding the Medicare insurance nightmare so palatable. Her explanations were clear and concise. We thought we had to sit through presentations after presentations with every medical insurance company….NOPE, Teresa came to our home, NO CHARGE, NO FEE, totally gratis. Each year she reviews our ever changing medical needs and prescription needs then helps us determine the best insurance to fit our individual needs. Be sure to call her, you will be so happy you did. I needed to sign up for Medicare. I originally contacted a broker recommended to me by a friend. That agent didn’t respond in a timely manner and when they did they said they would contact me at a later date to meet but never followed up.

I found Teresa on Yelp and she had great reviews. Once I reached out to her, she made contact with me right away. She said that we should meet sometime in May and kept in contact with me. We made an appointment for today, still 2 months from when I will be eligible for Medicare.

Teresa was early to the appointment. She explained how Medicare worked and answered all of my questions, and some from my wife as well. She guided me to the right Medicare product and signed me up. It was all very–for me–easy and stress free. I should be receiving my insurance card in about two weeks.

Teresa is knowledgeable, efficient, organized, and with boundless energy. I highly recommend her and she will continue to be my agent for all of my Medicare and health care needs.
